4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Non-refundable charges from airlines, embassies, hotels or third-party vendors may not be returned.
5. Delivery Timeline
Inside Dhaka: 5 Working Days
Outside Dhaka: 10 Working Days

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and valid documents during booking or visa processing.
7. Third-Party Services
Travel Gurus BD may use third-party service providers for airline tickets, hotels, transport or visa processing. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers.
